Regnase-1-deficient na?ve CD4 T cells spontaneously differentiate into effector/memory cells in mice. It is unknown how Regnase-1 dynamically controls its target mRNAs before and after T cell activation. The aim of this analysis is to understand Regnase-1 target genes in T cells on a genome-wide scale.
