Experimental data for "Transient photodoping and phonon dynamics in bulk and monolayer MoS2 by time resolved Raman scattering"

Experimental data relative to the Figures and analysis for the manuscript "Transient photodoping and phonon dynamics in bulk and monolayer MoS2 by time resolved Raman scattering", by the same authors. The paper has been accepted for publication on Npj 2D Materials and Applications on August 13th, 2025 (https://doi.org/10.1038/s41699-025-00601-0). Data of figures 4 and 5 are grouped, and organized so that the variation in time of frequency and temperature are presented for both modes. Data relative to Imap and Diffmap (Fig2, Fig3, e FigS1) are obtained from the raw data after linear background subtraction (background is assesseed by linear fitting, with different parameters for Stokes and antiStokes regions) and smoothing (adjacent averaging, 5pts).
