Methionine oxidation of PKM2 promotes pancreatic cancer metastasis

We report that MSRA is a potent suppressor of pancreatic cancer metastasis. We performed global RNA sequencing to examine the transcriptome of pancreatic cancer cells that are proficient or deficient of MSRA Overall design: Examination of transcriptome of pancreatic cancer cells expressing sgROSA or sgMSRA. Three biological replicates are compared in this experiment.
