Copper binding proteins identified by LC-MSMS from HepG2 cell

Copper is an essential micronutrient trace metal element for all living cells. To study the function of copper in cell cycle, we isolated copper binding proteins by using IMAC resin charged with copper, then identified the binding proteins by LC-MSMS. Cell cycle related proteins which binding copper were choose out and further analysis were carry out.
