To identify a physiologic postanal transcriptomic program between postnatal day 20 and 60, we first analyzed the gene expression profile in 60 day-old ( young adult) wild-type mice (WT) and compared it to 20 day-old WT mice To identify the gene expression between postnatal day 20 and 60 under the strict dependence of cardiac ephrin-B1, we compared gene expression in 20 day-old and 60 day-old Efnb1 CMspe KO (a-MHC-Cre-/+ Efnb1 flox/flox or) to 20 day-old and 60 day-old WT mice Overall design: There are 23 Cardiac left ventricle samples, each from an individual mouse. The samples (left ventricles) are from Efnb1 cardiac KO (Efnb1cKO) and WT male mice of 20 day-old or 60 day-old from the same genetic background (mixed S129/S4 × C57BL/6). N=6 mice for P20 (postnatal day 20 - 20 day-old) WT and Efnb1 cKO genotypes , n=6 for P60 Efnb1 cKO genotype, n=5 for P60 WT genotype,
