This is the Genbank annotation file of the Kitasatospora sp. strain SeTe27 used as reference file for the detection of substitutions (SNPs) and insertions/deletions (INDELs) in SeTe27 evolved mutant strain ALE. The .gbk file used in this study was generated with the stand-alone version of the NCBI Prokaryotic Genome Annotation Pipeline (PGAP). SNPs and INDELs were detected with snippy v4.6.0. The sequencing reads of the ALE strain are available in SRA under the accession number: SRX22640578
