Dataset for "Structural, Chemical, and Electrochemical Characterization of Yttria-Stabilized Zirconia Thin Film Electrolytes for Oxygen Ion Batteries"

Raw data for the electrochemical characterization of YSZ thin films described in the paper: "Structural, Chemical, and Electrochemical Characterization of Yttria-Stabilized Zirconia Thin Film Electrolytes for Oxygen Ion Batteries". Data are electrochemical imepdance spectroscopy (EIS) and DC galvanostatic cycling (DC). Both contain folders for each sample architecture: 110 (YSZ between two Pt electrodes), 114 (YSZ between MIEC electrodes without GDC buffer layer) and 115 (YSZ between MIEC electrodes with GDC buffer layer). Temperatures are either 250 °C (DC) or can be reconstructed from the timestamps of the spectra and and the Templog files (EIS).
