Acclimation of Chlamydomonas reinhardtii to chronic cadmium exposure (RNA-Seq raw sequence reads). Chlamydomonas reinhardtii strain:CC-4403

The response of Chlamydomonas to a chronic (6 month) cadmium exposure was compared to a short (3 day) exposure to examine acclimation mechanisms allowing algae to better face cadmium induced toxic effects. The reversibility of these responses was also assessed.
