To export in an automatic, anonymous and GDPR proof data from the electronic medical record, MediSpring, in use in most community health centers, for epidemiological and research use in an aggregated way. The setting of a community health center is very specific in the health care system in Belgium, patients from low socio-economic classes are more represented than in other group practices and care is given in a multi-disciplinary setting. Primary Care is by definition person-centered care, this implies that not only morbidity data is important, but also the context and well fare of the patient. In MediSpring data is registered in an episode of care. All care given for an heath problem is attached to this “zorgelement”, and will be exported as such.
