Light color and nutrient availability alter trophic transfer from algae to zooplankton

This is data from a project that looked at how differences in light color and nutrient availability altered trophic transfer from freshwater algae to zooplankton. We used natural algal communities as food for Daphnia neonates and measured their juvenile specific growth rate as a proxy for trophic transfer. The data here include Daphnia survivorship data, juvenile specific growth rate data, and algal community data.
