This dataset is a collection of flow cytometry measurements (abundance of virus, bacteria and small protists (primarily <20μm)) taken as part of the Nansen Legacy project (www.arvenetternansen.com), as part of the '2019 Seasonal Study Q3' cruise (2019706). The data are collected from a CTD-rosette with Niskin bottles from station NLEG5 taken on 2019-08-12T18:11:00Z at 77.9989°N and 33.9998°E.
