The fruits color is one of the most important appearance qualities of citrus fruits. To illuminate the potential regulation of the color formation process of citrus fruits, the present study compared the different genes expression pattern between a spontaneous stay-green mutant and its wild type. Overall design: The flavode of the citrus were collected at 170 days after flowering for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays.
