RNA-seq on strawberry seeds

This RNA-seq study is performed using strawberry stage 2 wildtype and fveagl62 mutant seeds. The goal of this study is to figure out differentially expressed genes in strawberry seeds when the transcription factor FveAGL62 is knocked out.
