ThighUSSegmentation nnU-Net model

This dataset contains a pretrained nnU-Net model for automatic segmentation of thigh ultrasound images. The model is designed to identify relevant anatomical structures and enable downstream quantitative analysis such as muscle thickness estimation and radiomics feature extraction. The model was trained using the nnU-Net framework and follows its standard directory structure. It is intended to be used as part of an automated pipeline that includes image preprocessing, segmentation, and post-processing steps.
