Dual RNA-seq of a Clostridioides difficile infection in a mouse model

To better understand the dynamic of expression of the non-coding RNAs involved in the regulation of C. difficile infectious cycle and host response, we used a dual RNA-seq approach in a conventional murine model allowing to simultaneously visualize the RNAs induced or repressed in the host and the pathogen during the infection.
