GSK-J4 is a specific H3K27 demethylase inhibitor. To analyze the effect of GSK-J4 for leukemic stem cells, we performed transcriptome analysis. we found that the gene sets regulated by JMJD3, a demethylase for H3K27, were down-regulated in GSK-J4 treated leukemic stem cells.
