Biogeographic patterns of post-fire resilience and vulnerability to conifer loss in forests of California, Oregon, and Washington

This dataset contains maps of predicted obligate conifer seedling/sapling regeneration presence probability (0-100%) 15-years post-fire from "Biogeographic patterns of post-fire resilience and vulnerability to conifer loss in forests of California, Oregon, and Washington" by Reilly et al., 2026. Maps are stored in GeoTIFF format and are distributed for individual fire years (e.g. "regen_probability_15_years_postfire_2020.tif") and mosaiced across all fire years 1987-2021 ("regen_probability_15_years_postfire_cumulative.tif").
