资源简介:

Chronic heart failure (CHF) is a complex clinical syndrome characterized by structural and functional cardiac abnormalities leading to impaired hemodynamics, neurohumoral activation, and multiorgan dysfunction. Laboratory and instrumental diagnostic methods play a crucial role in assessing disease severity, identifying pathogenetic mechanisms, and evaluating prognostic risk factors in patients with CHF. The present study aimed to analyze baseline laboratory and echocardiographic parameters in patients with chronic heart failure before initiation of therapy. A total of 43 patients diagnosed with CHF were examined. Hematological, biochemical, and echocardiographic indicators were evaluated to determine the clinical-functional status of the patients. The findings demonstrated the presence of anemia syndrome, metabolic disturbances, manifestations of cardiorenal syndrome, and structural-functional cardiac remodeling. Echocardiographic analysis revealed left ventricular dilatation, systolic and diastolic dysfunction, and signs of pulmonary hypertension. These changes reflect the systemic nature of CHF and confirm the importance of comprehensive laboratory and instrumental assessment in determining disease severity and optimizing therapeutic strategies.
