建设客货邮融合发展信息平台，打通邮政、快递、城乡客运、零担货运等信息接口，整合客运、快递、物流等信息，提供客运、货运、物流、快递供需的信息发布及其他相关公共信息服务，实现共同配送货物信息、车辆信息、人员信息的实时查询、统计分析以及零担货物或邮件快件在线寄件服务功能。并开展县域内零担货运、邮政、快递物流业务量的统计分析，接入省综合交通运输管理服务平台，为交通数据统计提供支撑。

Construct an information platform for the integrated development of passenger transport, freight transport and postal services, which interconnects the information interfaces of postal services, express delivery, urban-rural passenger transport and less-than-truckload (LTL) freight, integrates relevant information from passenger transport, express delivery and logistics sectors, and provides services including information release for supply and demand of passenger transport, freight transport, logistics and express delivery as well as other related public information services. The platform supports real-time query and statistical analysis of cargo information, vehicle information and personnel information for joint distribution, as well as online delivery services for mails, express parcels and LTL freight. Additionally, it carries out statistical analysis of the business volume of LTL freight, postal services and express logistics within the county, and connects to the provincial comprehensive transportation management and service platform to provide support for transportation data statistics.
