Data for paper titled "Multi-omics identification of PLPPR4 as a novel biomarker and regulator of immune-fibrotic crosstalk in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis"

The data is part of publication for a paper titled "Multi-omics identification of PLPPR4 as a novel biomarker and regulator of immune-fibrotic crosstalk in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis". The data contains analysis code for bulk RNA sequencing, single-cell RNA sequencing, spatial transcriptomics, and ChIP sequencing. We used this analysis code to explore role of PLPPR4 for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
