TreeNet Tree Water Deficit Forecasting Dataset

TreeNet Tree Water Deficit Forecasting Dataset provides a snapshot of automated tree dendrometer measurements together with corresponding meteorological data from TreeNet as time-series data. The dataset contains information about growth and drought stress in trees and can be used to assess and develop new methods for forecasting of tree conditions. Main Dataset (treenet-dataset.zip) A snaphost of the TreeNet database from June 12th, 2025, which contains 711 tree series from 80 sites across Switzerland. The data is accompanied by metadata file, which stores additional metadata for each tree series.
