资源简介:
Acanthogobius flavimanus belong to the order Perciformes, Gobioidei, Gobiidae and Acanthogobius. A. flavimanus inhabits estuaries, harbors and the shallow sea area. It distributes along the coastal area of China, Korea and Japan. It is worth noting that A. flavimanus has invaded California, USA and southern Australia . This species was thought to have been introduced in the ballast water of cargo ships travelling from Japan, and it has strong vitality and adaptability leading to imbalance or collapse of the local marine ecosystem. Currently, the studies on A. flavimanus were mainly focus on Parasitology, fishery survey , population genetic and morphology studies. The limited genetic information and the lack of the genomic data of them have impeded the relevant evolutionary and genomic studies of this family. This data provides a large number of gene resources for further excavation and utilization of A. flavimanus.
