A culture system for the stable and high-efficiency proliferation of adventitious roots of Panax notoginseng and ginsenoside accumulation

Panax notoginseng is an important medicinal plant. In this datasets, we showed the effect of proliferation of P. notoginseng adventitious roots and their growth and accumulation of three ginsenosides (Rg1, Re and Rb1) under different culture conditions.
1. Table 1, the number and length of P. notoginseng adventitious roots under the different medium and different concentration of IBA and NAA.
2. Table 2, the number and length of P. notoginseng adventitious roots under the different sucrose concentration.
