This data set has been utilized for conducting analysis in the study \"Analyzing the change in reporting trends of Child Sexual Abuse cases brought about by the POCSO Act, 2012 in India\". The study involved the use of secondary data which was extracted from the annual reports 'Crime in India' released by the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB), Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. The data was then entered into MS Excel spreadsheet for the purpose of graphical analysis and visualization.
