This Zenodo entry contains the five-session subset of two-photon calcium imaging data from posterior parietal cortex analyzed in:
Yoo et al., 2026. Sparse temporal precision in highly reliable neurons shapes short-term memory encoding in posterior parietal cortex.
The data are a subset of the 11-session dataset previously deposited at:
Choi et al., 2025. Short-term memory errors are strongly associated with a drift in neural activity in the posterior parietal cortex. Zenodo, DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.16626908.
The five sessions (M020_1005, M020_1012, M020_1024, M044_0603, M049_0611) were selected from the parent 11-session dataset using the pre-defined inclusion criteria described in the Methods of the present paper: (i) population SVM choice-decoding accuracy during the delay period (frames 121–165) > 0.65, and (ii) presence of at least one neuron with auROC > 0.75 for choice in the same delay window.
Each per-session bundle (M020_*.zip) contains six MATLAB .mat files: - Lo_2d_decon.mat deconvolved spike inferences, LL trials - Ro_2d_decon.mat deconvolved spike inferences, RR trials - Lx_2d_decon.mat deconvolved spike inferences, LR trials - Rx_2d_decon.mat deconvolved spike inferences, RL trials - Weight.mat per-neuron metadata (DRXnamee, DLXnamee, O_R_delay, ...) - Summary.mat denoised dF/F traces (LeftOdirection, RightOdirection, ...)
