We provided the feature table and raw Zotu sequences related to bacterial and protistan communities under different fertilizer applications for the project entitled "I<b>nvestigating protistan predators and bacteria within soil microbiomes in agricultural ecosystems under organic and chemical fertilizer applications.</b>"本项目题为《有机与化肥施用下农业生态系统土壤微生物组中原生生物捕食者与细菌探究》，本次研究为该项目提供了与不同施肥处理下细菌及原生生物群落相关的特征表及原始Zotu序列。
