Escherichia coli interacts with Vibrio parahaemolyticus RIMD2210633

Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Escherichia coli were co-cultured at a 1 to100 in LB broth at a 37 celsius in a 24-well plate with shaking for 6 hours. Bacterial cells were harvested, and total RNA was extracted using TRIzol Reagent. V. parahaemolyticus cultured alone served as the reference group, and V. parahaemolyticus co-cultured with E. coli was the experimental group.
