BIONANO-MSCA4U. Biosynthesis of AgNP by Pseudomonas Z9.3 as an antimicrobial agent against bacterial and fungal pathogens

These data correspond to characterization of AgNP biosynthetized using metabolites from the beneficial strain of Pseudomonas sp. Z9.3 and its potential to inhibit growth of bacterial and fungal pathogens as causative agents of human and plant diseases. All data were obtained within the MSCA4Ukraine project (ID:101101923), funded by the European Union. The majority of the data was in comma separated variable (.csv) format, which can be imported into rich-text files for word-processing or into spreadsheets. Also, data was generated and combined in the following formats (in .txt and .pdf versions).

Abbreviation of sample names: S1_9 – sample 1 synthesized at pH 9 and a ratio of 5:1 (bacterial filtrate / 5 mM AgNO3); S4_7 – sample 4 synthesized at pH 7 and a ratio of 2:4 (bacterial filtrate / 5 mM AgNO3).
