Data and code for "Certified instability-band topology with finite-amplitude scale switching in a fractional nonlocal Gross–Pitaevskii equation"
收藏资源简介:
This reproducibility archive accompanies the manuscript “Certified instability-band topology with finite-amplitude scale switching in a fractional nonlocal Gross–Pitaevskii equation”. It contains interval/root-counting certificates for disconnected instability-band topology; complete normal-form coefficient and phase-consistency diagnostics; one-dimensional and higher-dimensional nonlinear simulations; transition-boundary seed and refinement tests; finite-exit and whole-orbit state-comparison data; local continuous-PDE Taylor–Fourier certificates; dimensional Kerr-calibration inputs; and a fail-fast, hash-locked template for a future full-time residual certificate. The long-time enclosure supplied in the archive remains conditioned on the stated dyadic refinement-saturation assumption, and the blank residual ledger is not represented as a completed certificate. Published nonlinear-phase measurements calibrate only the Kerr stage; the preferred-radius nonlocal and quintic stages are proposed programmable additions.
