A 1 m long 12-layer CORC cable was manufactured to study the influence of cyclic bending on the critical current-carrying performance of the CORC cable. It consists of 28 ReBCO tapes from Fujikura with 4 mm width and 0.05mm substrate thickness. The central core has an outer diameter of 3.85 mm. The cyclic bending-straightening experiment was conducted with a bending diameter of 900 mm and 700 mm, the Ic was tested at 77 K and self-field. After the cyclic bending test, the sample was bent to a diameter of 95 mm, which is planned to be used for the following insert solenoid coil, and has been verified no influence on the critical current carrying performance if bent without cyclic bending-straightening treatment
