LaDDR phenotype, xQTL, and xTWAS data for GTEx and Geuvadis

This repository contains gene models, phenotypes, and other data generated by LaDDR, Latent Data-Driven RNA phenotyping. It also includes data from downstream genetic analyses, including cis-xQTLs from tensorQTL and multimodal transcriptome-wide association study (xTWAS) associations using FUSION. The TWAS data covers 114 traits using GWAS data from Publicly available GWAS summary statistics, harmonized and imputed to GTEx v8' variant reference. While results for knowledge-driven phenotypes (computed with Pantry rather than LaDDR) are included, intermediate data are available in the Pantry Portal.
