Changes in bone density and bone quality caused by single short-term severe fasting in rats

These data file (ATG file) obtained from X-ray CT system (Latheta LCT-100, Hitachi Aloka Medical Co. Ltd., Japan) . In this experiment, we were photographed images of lumbar vertebrae of male Wister rats with fasting and refeeding, and observed the effect of fasting on bone. The fasting period was 4 days, after that the refeeding period was 8 days. These data were analyzed by using Latheta software ver. 3.0 (Hitachi-Aloka Medical Ltd., Japan), and the parameters related to fragility of bone were calculated.The Excel file is a correspondence table of these image data.
