The effect mechanism of stocking density on the growth and immune performance of yellowtail kingfish was analyzed through the detecting of biophysiological and biochemistrical indicators, enzyme activities, transcriptomic analysis of tissues. The appropriate stocking density in the deep-water net cage of the 1-year-old yellowtail kingfish was determined from the perspective of economic and environmental benefits.
