Transcription factors may orchestrate the health benefits of intermittent fasting through directing the expression of genome. Here, we find intermittent fasting can spin the spatiotemporal profile of transcription factors, and provide an atlas of transcription factors in biological space, time and feeding regimen. The transcriptomic atlas of mice under different feeding regimens was mapped from 600 samples (across 4 metabolic tissues in mice under 5 feeding regimens sampled every 4 hours over 24 hours, in 5 replicates) by deep sequencing using Illumina Novaseq™ 6000 .
