Experimental XRF data collected at the The Microfocus Beamline (I18 beamline) at the Diamond Light Source. The purpose of this data deposition is to provide relevant experimental data for the workshop: Fundamentals of PyMCa and MANTiS for XRF and XANES (held in Diamond on March 2025).
The XRF data was collected as part of the proposal sp27720-1.
