HERCULES practicals: High energy X-ray diffraction - PDF

Hercules practical: the students will prepare capillaries containing reference materials (CeO2, Si, LaB6...) and measure them in WAXS and PDF modes赫拉克勒斯（Hercules）实验项目：学生将制备装载有二氧化铈（CeO₂）、硅（Si）、六硼化镧（LaB₆）等标准参考物质的毛细管，并采用广角X射线散射（Wide-Angle X-ray Scattering, WAXS）与对分布函数（Pair Distribution Function, PDF）两种测试模式对其进行检测。
