Regulation of non-digestibleoligosaccharides on intestinal bacteria in high-fat diet mice

Xylo-oligosaccharides and isomalto-oligosaccharides are two representative non-digestible oligosaccharides. In order to explore their role in regulating the intestinal microbiota of high-fat diet mice, xylose-oligosaccharides and isomalto-oligosaccharides were used to intervene in the diet of high-fat diet mice for 12 weeks, and their intestinal microbial communities were analyzed after the intervention period.
