Single-cell transcriptomic analysis demonstrates decreased TNF signaling in patients receiving BAF312 during intracerebral hemorrhage

Single cell RNA sequencing of PBMC collected at days 1, 3, and 7 after intracerebral hemorrhage from 5 patients treated with the immunomodulatory drug BAF312 (Siponimod) and 2 patients treated with a placebo control. Overall design: Patient blood was shipped overnight, then PBMC were isolated and frozen. Samples were thawed and live cells were sorted by flow cytometry. Single cell RNA sequencing was performed utilizing the 10X Genomics platform.
