Data and figure source for "Biophysical Mechanisms of Tumor Reversion"

This dataset contains processed TCGA-GBM and TCGA-PAAD survival/expression tables and the numerical source data used to generate Figures 1 and 2 in the manuscript “Biophysical Mechanisms of Tumor Reversion: A Dynamical Systems Model and In Silico Clinical Evaluation of Membrane Potential Prognostics.” The archive includes (i) analysis-ready clinical and gene-expression tables for the TCGA-GBM and TCGA-PAAD cohorts, (ii) Cox proportional hazards outputs and Kaplan–Meier survival source data, and (iii) figure source data for the dynamical systems simulations and survival curves. A detailed README describes all files, preprocessing, and column definitions. Raw TCGA data are not included and can be obtained directly from the NCI Genomic Data Commons.
