Upper tract urothelial carcinoma RNA-seq dataset

This dataset contains bulk RNA-sequencing data from eight patients with upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC). These samples were generated and analyzed as part of the forthcoming manuscript, “GATA3/FOXA1 immunohistochemistry-defined luminal-like upper tract urothelial carcinoma shows opposite prognosis by muscle invasiveness.” The dataset includes raw FASTQ files for all cases and serves as the molecular foundation for transcriptomic comparisons performed in the study.
