The dv01 Auto Benchmarks deliver standardized, AI-ready loan-level datasets that bring consistency and transparency to the U.S. auto finance market. Comprising two datasets—Prime Auto Benchmark and Subprime Auto Benchmark—the benchmarks collectively comprise over 27 million loans, representing $750 billion in total original loan balance and $145 billion in outstanding balance. The loan-level data is sourced from EDGAR securitization filings and transformed by dv01 into validated, normalized, and analysis-ready data.

Each benchmark offers granular insights into origination trends, borrower credit characteristics, collateral performance, delinquency and loss behavior, and recovery outcomes across vintages and issuers.
