Data accompanying the publication: A two-dimensional array of single-hole quantum dots

In this repository you will find the data accompanying the pubilication 'A two-dimentional array of single-hole quantum dots', which describes the properties of a two by two quantum dot array formed in a germanium heterostructure. It shows charge stability diagrams, hole filling spectra and tunnel coupling data.
