This supplementary data and code set accompanies the manuscript "Plasticity in collective behaviour helps fish shoals mitigate limited visual information from water turbidity" by Christos C. Two files are presented: SupData.csv — a comma-delimited text file containing the experimental data collected in the fish experiments.
