Gene expression profile at single cell level of Peritoneal Cells in Patients with Gastric Cancer

We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the diversity of Peritoneal Cells in Patients with Gastric Cancer. Overall design: Gastric cancer patients peritoneal Cells were collected from either malignant astices fluid or peritoneal washing and analyzed using scRNAseq to identify the tumor microenviroment and different gene expression profile.
