RNA Seq Analysis of HeLa cell lines Transcriptomes at different condition

The goal of this study are to compare the transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq) of human cervical cells (HeLa) transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq) under the condition of inhibition of respiratory chain by antimycin A or hypoxia. Overall design: Examination of mRNA profiling of HeLa cells under the normal condition or treatment with antimycin A or hypoxia.
