Effect of blocking A2aR in sepsis on the splenic transcriptome

Using C57BL/J mice, we constructed a septic cecum ligation perforation model with altered survival after blocking A2aR. Therefore, we wished to observe the transcriptome changes in the spleen. Using C57BL/J mice, a sepsis cecum ligation perforation model was constructed, ZM241385 was given to the experimental group, and saline was given to the control group. 24 hours after the operation, the spleens of the mice were obtained, preserved using liquid nitrogen, and analysed by transcriptome sequencing.
