Data for: Dominant role of habitat transformation in driving the divergence of health-risk related microbial functional genes in karst mountain parks

This dataset contains all the data used to analyse the impact of transforming karst mountain forests into urban parks on the divergence of health-risk related microbial functional genes in Guiyang, China. It includes abundance and relative abundance of microbial functional genes (CARD, PHI and VFDB), plant information and soil properties in 60 samples.
