Exome sequencing of T47D and CAMA1 human mammary adenocarcinoma cell lines resistant to treatment

CAMA1 and T47D cells were treated for 2 years with 0.3 microM Palbociclib (P) and 30 nM Fulvestrant (F). The resulting cells became resistant to the single agent P or F and resistant to the combination (PFR). DNA was extracted from resistant and parental cell lines, and exome sequencing was performed on all samples to detect the appearance of point mutations in resistant cell lines.
