Decision-aware validation of zero-noise extrapolation in QAOA optimization landscapes: reproducibility package

Code and data accompanying "Decision-aware validation of zero-noise extrapolation in QAOA optimization landscapes". The package supports paired comparisons of estimation error and decision regret in simulated depth-one QAOA for MaxCut. It contains 20,250 historical seed-level metric records covering 675 conditions, complete data for a targeted confirmation with 100 repetitions in each of four selected conditions, a bounded bias-variance control, allocation-sensitivity results, reanalysis and figure-generation scripts, pinned dependencies, and the unified manuscript with editable LaTeX sources. Historical noisy C/D landscapes are excluded; twelve historical ideal grids and all fresh confirmation landscapes are included. Historical seed collisions limit that exploratory screen; the fresh confirmation applies to four selected conditions.
