Corporate real estate investments in Italy 2008-Q1 2020

In 2019, corporate real estate investments in Italy reached a total of 12.3 billion euros, outplaying the previous peak of 11.2 billion euros registered in 2017. This type of investments experienced an increasing trend since 2012, when the value stood at 2.9 billion euros, with an exception for 2018, when a slight decrease was recorded. Also, it was estimated that corporate investments would reach two billion euros in the first trimester of 2020.
